A 28-year-old man visited the emergency department with severe low backpain and right leg pain, which started two days ago. The patient has no recenthistory of trauma. Straight leg raising test was positive on the right side.Neurological examination revealed marked motor weakness of his right ankleplantar flexion.What is the most likely diagnosis?
